As the first face clients see as they walk through the doors at Parker Law Firm, Marketing Director Kami Fox is adept at making folks feel right at home. Her glowing smile and quiet competence keep the firm’s front of the house spinning like a top, and she deserves a trophy for her organizational skills. Some of that calm and cool collectedness may have come from her days on a news set as a weather intern at FOX 4 KDFW.
Kami has a team player mentality. In high school, she played volleyball and basketball, and on a collegiate level, she competed in various intramural leagues with her sorority at Western Kentucky University, including her personal favorite, flag football. Today Kami participates in Ragnar racing where she collaboratively runs 200 miles with 11 other participants, some of whom she attended college with, through the Kentucky distillery checkpoints. “At our firm, we are a close-knit crew that works together making sure all runs smoothly,” she says.
In her early 20s, she became involved with anti-bullying causes. After a family member had a troubling experience, Kami presented on the reality of bullying in today’s society. Her heart holds a special spot for victims of the hateful intent of others, which transfers over to her treatment of those in her professional life.
Guided by the golden rule, Kami ensures clients that their needs are important by returning calls promptly, giving them updates about their cases and lending an open ear to anyone in need.
